I hope to be posting some climbs soon, after checking with some final details, and posting an unofficial "feeler" to see how many are interested. Let me know if any of you are interested in assisting.
Ozone in Washington: either a weekend day or a Wednesday day/late afternoon. I have a friend who is one of the main developers of this area and who works there on anchors/development every Wednesday afternoon. He is like the unofficial mayor of Aopzone. He is willinging to talk with students about how a crag is developed, maintained, and show them some of his favorite climbs. If there are enough people interested, I will have my Advanced Rock friend, Paul Taylor, introduce them to hard climbs in the 10s and 12s range.
Willow Springs: have my friend/guide Rick share about his development of the climbing area and then show us the climbs from 5.5-5.11
Maybe Riverside Crag: by Ochocoa reservoir. Have another developer friend show us the crag- this is harder climbing up to 5.12s.
(Probably combine these two days)
Eagle Rock: New cragging area by Eugene, possibly have the developers share.
City of Rocks: Fall, probably late September/early October.
