This hike starts in the North Cascades National Park and runs along the eastern edge of the Cascades to Manning Provincial Park in Canada. The route offers a wide array of scenery in the expansive and rugged, rolling terrain of the Pasayten Wilderness. Since the drive is long and this is a one-way hike the first and last days of the trip will be dedicated to doing a car shuttle. There will be 7 days actually on the trail with an average of 8.8 miles per day and average gains of 1690 ft. Maximum daily mileage will be 12.6 and the maximum daily gain will be 3100 ft.
