This trek will begin and end in John’s Landing on the Willamette River south of downtown Portland. The first mile will be level on the river bike path thru Willamette Park. Soon we'll start a steady climb into the beautiful, historic, 330 acre River View Cemetery, with great views from the top. We’ll descend by a different route and then walk over the new Sellwood Bridge before we retrace our steps along the river. If the weather is wet, we can shorten the route (it is all on blacktop). You can bring a lunch, but we’ll have the option of stopping at a local restaurant. Limit: 10
