This hike is off Highway 22 near Mehama. Shellburg Falls is similar to the big falls in Silver Falls Park. The route consists of the Shellburg Creek Trail, August Mountain Trail and Chemeketan Bypass Trail making it a partial loop. The Chemeketans Trail Maintenance team constructed the bypass trail. Moderate pace.
