Great up-close views of Mt Hood. We will hike up the Timberline Trail to the McNeil Point Shelter at 6,100 ft, with just a small side trip around Bald Mt. The small shelter was built by the CCC in the 1930's and makes a nice stop for lunch. Plan for a long day and bring extra food, water, and clothing for all conditions. PRE-REG W/LDR by phone.
