An abundance of energy and many types of flowers got us to the top for a quick view of Belknap Crater, before a cloud cover moved in (only a few drops of rain). The trail was in good condition; someone had cleared off at least a dozen big trees that had fallen across the trail to make it easy for us three -- Marie Flores, Dave McKenna and leader Mady Kimmich.
