Six Chemeketans enjoyed a day of hiking up Mt Hebo. Ann Adamcik, Lynnette Torgeson, Patty Baskin, Nadene LeCheminant, and leader Becky Hickox met Nancy Earl at the trailhead. The trail was especially green although a bit overgrown in places. As usual, we had it mostly to ourselves. Where the trail crosses the road to the top we went straight another mile for lunch in a meadow overlooking a panorama of ocean and mountains. On this trip our timing was off for ascending to the very top, but our lunch view made up for it.
