A very capable group of 7 found their way to the summit using the original trail and the "short cut" loop down. We all seem to agree that it's a difficult hike due to some challenging rock fall.
The hike went well, but the rock road ate a large hole in Marcia's tire. With no cell phone reception, the situation was righted by the gentlemen in the group. Heroes were Jim Rastorfer and Mike Dianich. Hardy hikers were also Mary Hughes, Ann Adamcik, Nanci Chambers, Pam Thomas and Marcia Kenagy, leader for Mary Coleman.
