About this event
The view from the summit of Marion Mountain is beautiful. Comfortable trail goes past Lake Ann to Marion Lake. From there it climbs steadily through an old burn area to the summit, with some downed trees to climb over, under and around. Expect great views of Mt. Jefferson and Three-Finger Jack along the way and at the top. Likely stop for swimming on return leg. Sturdy footwear and poles are recommended. Leader will scout in advance.
