Thanks for the trip report and explaining the need for careful, but not sketchy, treading that needs to be done! Hope to get out there soon, especially after the great pics!

Great read…and Lead Cathy. That side of Hood, up close, is really spectacular. So much more interesting that looking at the summit from Timberline Lodge.
