About this event
We'll begin at the visitor's center (bring money or a park pass) and walk down river on mostly paved paths until we get to the historic Butteville Store. We'll stop here to warm up and possibly purchase sandwiches, a hot drink or soup, or just sit awhile in the cute little cafe. Then it will be back up the trail to the car.

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous
To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
