Buck Mountain Loop, Silver Falls State Park

About this event

The Buck Mountain Loop is a quiet refuge in Silver Falls’ backcountry. The trail goes through a beautiful old growth forest of Douglas fir and hemlock, and we’ll also see some bigleaf maples. We may have to share the trail with an occasional horse, but this is still one of my favorite hikes. The hike is limited to 8 participants.
