Women’s Beginner Backpacking Class
About this event
This beginner’s backpacking class and follow-up trip is designed for women who are new to backpacking and for those of you who may have backpacked in the past and want to see if you would be interested in taking it up again. The class will be in Salem at Broadway Commons, Africa room, from 9:00am to 2:00 pm. Instruction and discussion will cover hiking basics, safety, and equipment selection. Pre-register for the class with leader no later than June 1st.
