About this event
The Pioneer-Indian Trail up Mt Hebo ascents at a mostly moderate rate through various types of forest to meadows on top where there may be flowers and the endangered Oregon Silverspot butterflies. We'll hope for a clear day to enjoy the view which takes in a big chunk of northwestern Oregon from coast to Cascades. Please register before July 19 (no texts).

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous
To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
