About this event
From the Cape Lookout Trail, we will descend directly to South Beach. We will continue south along the shoreline until we reach a total of 2.5 miles. We will enjoy our packed lunches and return to the trail head. The descent of 1.8 miles is steep, poles are recommended. Contact leader for details.

MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous
To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
