Mount Hebo

About this event

We will hike the Pioneer Indian Trail from Hebo Lake Campground experiencing varying scenery on the way to great views from the summit on the “clear” day that the leader has preordered. However, please come prepared for inclement weather just in case.
There are some rocky sections on this trail and muddy spots should be expected.

Difficulty: Medium

Pace: Moderate

Hiking Distance: 5.6 miles RT

Elevation Gain: 800 feet

Driving Distance: 120 miles RT

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous

To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
