About this event

Finley National Wildlife Reserve  is located south of Corvallis.  It is the largest tract of native Willamette Valley wet prairie, spanning over 5,700 acres.  We will begin hiking at Woodpecker Loop trailhead.  Then we'll precede to Intertie Trail and hike the Mill Hill Loop and reconnect with Intertie Trail and finish up back at Woodpecker Loop trailhead. Bring a lunch.

Difficulty:  Medium

Pace: Moderate,

Hiking Distance: 5.5 miles RT

Elevation Gain: 300 feet

Driving Distance: 96 miles RT

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous

To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
