Mount Hebo, Cross Key

About this event

If we have enough hikers, we will do this as a cross-key hike. One group will start at the Hebo Lake campground, while the other will begin at South Lake. We will meet in the middle for lunch, exchange car keys, and continue to the other end.

Difficulty: Medium

Pace: Slow to Moderate

Hiking Distance: 7.5 miles

Elevation Gain: 1150 feet

Driving Distance: 120 miles RT

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous

To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
