Catamount Loop, Silver Falls SP
About this event
We will start from the 214 trailhead and hike outbound on the Catamount. After lunch, we will return on several trails including Buck Mountain, Smith Creek, and Rabbit Hole. Bring your lunch. When registering, please indicate if you prefer meeting at state motor pool or the trailhead. I will respond to all who have signed up with an e mail two days prior with meet time.

Hiking Trip Ratings:
EASY: Maximum of 5 miles round trip, elevation gain less than 1000 feet
MEDIUM: 6-10 miles round trip, elevation gain 1000-2000 feet
HARD: Long, difficult, and strenuous
To reimburse drivers for vehicle operation costs, the suggested donation by passengers is $0.10 per mile per person to the driver.
