Clackamas River Trail - January 19, 2020

In the middle of a rainy spell, we had a fine day, but with very little sun on us because we were on the north side of hills. We enjoyed our hike to Pup Creek Falls, with only a little trailside snow. One feature of this hike is the bench at the trailhead, with various objects imbedded in the bench surface; on one side of the base is a sculpture of a bear, and on the other side a rhinoceros! Our hikers were – members all – Ken Ash, Martin Doerfler, Zsa DuBois, Nadene LeCheminant, Roz Shirack, Gayle Smith, Rosanna Wilson, and leader George Struble.
