Becky Hickox was the coordinator and nominal leader, but luckily she got Elizabeth Seibert (who is much more familiar with the area) to navigate this tour of the Fairmount Hills. Also luckily, it was one of the rare dry days this spring. Joining Becky and Elizabeth were members Linda Willnow, Frank Benford, Jean Hutchinson, Mark Ferguson, Mary Coleman, Denise Taylor, and guest Tina Hayworth. We enjoyed this beautiful and unique neighborhood while getting in a good morning's walk. Highlights included Mahonia Hall (the governor's official residence), Fairmount Park and reservoir, and the residence of the president of Willamette University.
