Nine Chemeketans enjoyed a lovely day for hiking up Mt Hebo in the Coast Range. At the top the view to the north was a little hazy, but looking west to the Pacific was spectacular. The top meadow also offered wild flowers and several species of butterflies. Hikers were Elizabeth Seibert, Steve and Sue Engler, Bev Hassell, Ric and Susan LaTour, Lynnette and Scott Torgeson, and leader Becky Hickox.
