About this event
The view from the summit of Marion Mountain is beautiful. Comfortable trail goes past Lake Ann to Marion Lake. From there it climbs steadily through an old burn area to the summit, with lots of downed trees to climb over, under and around. Expect great views of Mt. Jefferson and Three-Finger Jack along the way and at the top. Sturdy footwear and poles are recommended. Leader will scout beforehand to see whether the winter brought additional challenges for hikers.
