Dear Climbers - Just a reminder that we are holding our annual climbers meeting next Thursday, December 15, at 6:30 pm. We are meeting at Broadway Commons in Salem (1300 Broadway St. NE) in conference room #304 (Mexico). All are welcome, and climb leaders and assistants should make best efforts to be there.

-Closed climb leader session to vote on leadership advancements and discuss any other matters requiring a vote (e.g. gear purchases, policy updates, etc.)

Also, if you are planning to apply for a leadership position, now is the time to do so. At the end of the meeting, the Climbing Committee (climb leaders) will consider and vote on applications for assistant, provisional leader or leader. You can find details in the Climb Leadership Guide on our website.
