Kentucky Falls -- CANCELLED
This is a beautiful trail to three Coast Range waterfalls in east Lane County – Upper Kentucky Falls, Lower Kentucky Falls and North Fork Falls. We will hike downhill to the three waterfalls, all of which drop approximately 100 feet, then take a side trail to a 140-foot long pool with a short fall splashing into it. Sullivan: “Three of the Coast Range’s most spectacular waterfalls tumble through the jungly rain forest of this remote Coast Range canyon.” The trailhead is about 2 hours 20 minutes from Salem (including about 15 miles on twisty forest roads). Moderate pace.
