Stayton, Scio and Czech Graves - Full
This walk will be partly exploratory, so come for adventure and be flexible. In the early 1900s, 170 Czech families lived in the vicinity of Scio. After a walk in Stayton, we will visit a cemetery just south of Scio that has many Czech graves. The cemetery may be muddy, so shod yourself accordingly. We will also visit a few covered bridges. Lunch will be in a restaurant in Scio, but bring a snack and water. The group will be limited to 8. Please pre-register by noon the day before.
