Iron Mountain & Cone Peak Loop
The Iron Mt/Cone Peak loop trail is an annual favorite for wildflowers, but also offers old growth forest and mountain views. We will have lunch at the summit viewing platform. Trail can be hot, so bring plenty of water.
Trail is very rocky in places so wear good boots. VACCINATION REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. Also, please bring a mask, you may need it for carpooling and crowded conditions at the summit. Trailhead requires a Northwest Forest Pass so if you have one (or a Federal Senior Pass), please bring it.
