The 2022 Annual Outing at Diamond Lake in southern Oregon is scheduled and preparations are underway.

Please press the "Register Now" button on the upper-right of this page if you wish to sign up. Forms and fees will be due by June 15, 2022. Applications will be accepted after June 15 if space is still available.

All attending who are eligible for Covid-19 vaccination must be up to date on their Covid vaccines and boosters and must provide a copy of their vaccination card to the Outing Treasurer.   The copy can be mailed to the Chemeketans Outing Treasurer, PO Box 864, Salem, OR 97308 or as an attachment on an email to sdelaune2@gmail.com.  All attendees will be expected to abide by current COVID-19 Guidelines for Chemeketan Activities 2.20.2022.

We will continue to monitor CDC, Oregon and Chemeketans guidelines concerning masks as we approach the dates of the Outing. We will post any requirements in this space.  Masks can of course be worn even if not required. 

If you plan on attending, and are willing to meet vaccination, mask and/or social distancing requirements, please register as soon as possible. This will allow preparations to proceed.

A completed and submitted registration form and full payment will reserve your space at the 2022 Outing.

Non-Members - In addition to the Outing Registration Form and the Outing Liability and Assumption of risk forms above, please print, fill in and submit the Qualifying Activities Form required for membership.
Waiting Lists - If a week has filled, online registration will not be available for that week.   Submit a paper registration to be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified if space becomes available. 

Partial Week Registration - Campers are expected to register and attend for full weeks.  Partial week registration (1 to 3 days) is not encouraged but is acceptable if space is available.

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a registration, notify the Outing Treasurer in writing prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations before July 23rd will receive a refund less the $50 non-refundable portion per camper per week. No-show campers will not receive a refund.
