Crescent Mountain - Old Cascades
The trail begins with a 1.3 mile descent to Maude Creek and then climbs steadily through the forest and a couple of large meadows, which we hope will have many wildflowers. There are views along the trail and from the summit. Bring plenty of food and water; the meadows can be hot. Meet at the State Motor Pool R&R. Please pre-register by noon the day before the hike to get departure time. Registration does not guarantee a ride. Limited to 8. Vaccination with booster required.
