Salishan Spit Hike
We will meet to car pool at the Stat Motor Pool Park & Ride at 8:00 AM.
The hike will begin at the Gleneden Beach Recreation site just south of Salishan. We will hike north along the beach to near the northern tip of Salishan Spit and back. We may stop on the way home for refreshments at the Pelican Brewpub which is nearby.
Difficulty: Easy
Pace: Moderate
Hiking Distance: 8 miles RT.
Elevation Gain: 20 feet.
Driving Distance: 138 miles RT. (1 1/2 hrs. Each way)
