Perimeter Trail Silver Falls SP

If you aren’t going to be at the Outing this week, join us for a hike on the Perimeter Trail. We’ll hike from the trailhead at North Falls to the junction with Racket Ridge, and back. The trail winds uphill through Douglas fir, vine maple and hemlock trees, and a dense understory of salal, Oregon grape and sword fern. This quiet hike is a delightful getaway from the crowds in the park, and one of my favorites.
