The 2024 Annual Outing in the Wallowas is scheduled and preparations are underway.


Please press the "Register Now" button on the upper-right of this page if you wish to sign up. Forms and fees will be due by July 1, 2024. Applications will be accepted after July 1 if space is still available.

Important: Although proof of vaccination will not be required for registration, up-to-date Covid-19 vaccinations are encouraged as well as masking when appropriate.  This policy may be subject to change based on future federal or state requirements or guidelines. Please be aware of and be ready to comply with COVID-19 Guidelines for Chemeketans Activities 11.14.23
  

Print Release from Liability Form  - All campers must complete and mail this form to complete their registration.  Download and print here before starting the registration process: 2024 Outing Liability Waiver Form

Print Registration Form  -  We encourage online registration, but if that is not possible, please download and print this form: 2024 Outing Reservation Form. Registrants who are not Chemeketans but are members of the Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs (FWOC) must use the printed form.

A completed and submitted registration form (either printed or completed online) and printed and submitted Liability and Assumption of Risk form and full payment will reserve your space at the 2024 Outing.

Non-Members - In order to register for the Outing, non-members must first sign up for membership.  They can start that process by clicking on Become a Member on the Chemeketans website. 

Members of groups associated with the Federation of Western Outdoor Clubs (FWOC) may sign up by printing and mailing registration and liability forms along with the same fee as members. 

RV hookups - There are no RV hookups at this campsite.
Waiting Lists - If a week has filled, online registration will not be available for that week.   Submit a paper registration to be placed on a waiting list, and you will be notified if space becomes available. 

Partial Week Registration - Campers are expected to register and attend for full weeks.  Partial week registration (1 to 3 days) is not encouraged but is acceptable if space is still available after July 1.

Printed Guides for each camper will be available at truck loading and at camp

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel a registration, notify the Outing Treasurer in writing prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations by July 12th will receive a refund less the $50 non-refundable portion per camper per week. For an emergency cancellation after July 12, a partial refund would be considered by the Outing Committee after a written request to the Outing Treasurer. No-show campers will not receive a refund.
