What is this?
Roz Shirack will describe her walk across northern England with other Chemeketans in May 2018. The Coast to Coast Trail is a 190- mile trail from St. Bees on the Irish Sea to Robin Hood's Bay on the North Sea. Roz's photos depict some of the best scenic landscapes in England, including the Lake District National Park, Yorkshire Dales National Park & North York Moors National Park.
She will describe some of the adventures & challenges the group encountered, including struggling to understand the language, getting lost in the fells (mountains), trudging through the sucking peat bogs of the moors & being attacked by a grouse!
