The Second Annual Welcome To Winter Party
Come on out and join fellow winter enthusiasts, novice snow angel makers, snow shoe hikers, cross country skiers, and winter back country tourers for hot cider, snacks, films, talks, story telling and advice. Chemetekans, Oregon Nordic Club members, families that like to play in the snow and novices are all welcome. We will raffle off an infant/toddlers snow sled, have lots of information about trips that range from day trips in the local Cascades to hut to hut trips in the Canadian Rockies.
Our winter schedule has something for novices, families as well as the experienced backcountry tourer. Suggest trips you like to see, view the winter schedule of activities and just visit and chat. If you plan to rent snowshoes or xc skis this winter you can get fitted and have that information stored so a phone call can reserve it.
