Trail Maintenance

This is the fourth scheduled trail maintenance trip of the year. Join fellow club members to help improve trail conditions for other hikers. The trail and specific work needed will be announced prior to the trip, or you can contact the trip leader, Jean Gabriel, for details. Please bring gloves, water and lunch. Tools will be provided. Please pre-register so that an adequate number of tools can be made available. Drivers will be reimbursed for mileage by the club. Come out and help make a difference!

The trip leader is the event coordinator. The Trip Leader has the final say over who may participate in the event.

The distance and elevation gain of the hike will vary, depending on the trail on which work is being done. Because maintenance needs are constantly changing, the specific trip details are often not known until two weeks prior to the trip. Participants will be asked to help carry tools, if possible.
