Shotgun Creek is located between Brownsville and Marcola in the Cascade foothills. This is a great rainy day hike. We will enjoy fall foliage and mushrooms. The variety of trees in this forest may mean more varied mushrooms than normal on the forest floor. The hike can be a 4-mile loop or a 6-mile loop, depending on the wishes of the group. Restrooms and picnic shelter available at the trailhead.
