Vineyard Mountain Trail, McDonald Forest

This hike will be in McDonald Forest, an OSU research forest. We'll be on hiking/biking/horse trails and gravel roads. We'll start at Lewisburg Saddle and ascend Vineyard Mt Trail to Dave's Trail at Davie's Road we'll start our descent to the Old and New Growth Trails back to the Saddle. Lunch will be somewhere on the trail. Bring water and a lunch.

Hiking distance 6.8 miles RT.

Elevation gain 750 feet.
