Evening: Willamette Mission State Park

Join us for a short evening hike that is long in Oregon History from the early Methodist Mission founded by Jason Lee to the flood of 1861 which changed the course of the Willamette River to the early Wheatland Ferry which operated with mule power. No pre-registration necessary.  Either meet us at 6pm near the restrooms at the far end of Filbert Grove parking loop in the park (state park fees apply) or join us to carpool at 5:30pm at Roths N. Portland Rd. If the Ferry is operating the group may decide to take a ride across the river.
