Buford Regional Park

This park was created about 30 years ago & has expanded somewhat in that time and there are many more trails than there were back then. It is located SE of Eugene and S of Springfield. The SW end of the park is where the Middle and Coast forks of the Willamette join together. Mt. Pisgah is the tallest hill at 1516 feet. The Nature Conservancy purchased the rock quarry to the N of the park and has done extensive work to get better water flow and slack water so that wildlife can thrive. There are trails there too. That area has been closed during the work. If it is now open we will venture in there too. Hope for sunny weather and prepare for rain. My pace is slow so everyone can enjoy.
