Perimeter Trail Heat Escape

July 29, 2108. Will this hot spell ever end?? Instead of the long drive into the Olallie, we opted for an early, short drive to the forested Perimeter Trail at Silver Falls. All nine of us were very happy with the choice and had put in our 6 miles by noon. I'll lead the Red Lake hike in September.
