Eight Chemeketans hiked Shellburg Falls on a perfect Autumn day. We had planned on hiking Fall Creek but this trail is closed due to damage from the Jones Fire. We had an extra loop added to the hike when we explored where the Vine trail led instead of turning right on the gravel road to the Autumn trail (note to watch closely for the trail signs!!). Since it was such a beautiful day, it added to a very enjoyable hike. We ended the day stopping at Frosty's for ice cream. The hike included Ann Hanus (leader), Christine Speak, Corriene Thompson, Ted Burley, Mary Elliott, Trish Rossitto, Rebecca Sexton, and Jean Palmateer.
