New Years Eve Dan’s Trail Hike

This was a clear and cool day with very little temperature variation. The trail condition was mostly dry with some muddiness on the hill overlooking the Chip Ross parking lot. The views from Dimple Hill and Chip Ross Park were spectacular through the crisp, clean air. The only problem encountered was a near miss by a speeding mountain biker.
