Not Dimple Hill - April10, 2019

You can't get there from here! We were supposed to hike Dimple Hill but road closures due to flooding prevented us from going to McDonald Forest. Instead we went to Talking Waters in Albany. As we were leaving we heard sirens and then watched 9 first responder vehicles come into the parking area including 2 with jet skis and one with a drone. It was a water rescue and they were looking for two people stranded on a trail. Lunch was at Burgerville. It was an eventful outing! Hikers were Martin Doerfler, Kathy Rodin, Jane Maute, Nanci Chambers and leader Beverly Hassell.
