Table Rock Wilderness - May 26, 2019

Spring has come to 2000 feet! Eight sturdy hikers attacked from the Old Bridge trailhead in Table Rock Wilderness. Our arduous trudge up 8 switchbacks (1222 floors) rewarded us with a lusciously green forest carpeted with hoards of avalanche lilies. When we reach our meadow, the yellow sunflowers were a welcome sight. Our view of fog below us made us positively giddy. We all felt victorious. Great way to spend a Sunday.
