Six happy hikers enjoyed the chilly morning and pleasant afternoon as we hiked the Santiam Wagon Road from Hackleman Creek Road to Fish Lake. Ate lunch on the porch of the historic remount cabin overlooking the dry lakebed and all of its fall colors. We were: Bobbie Snead, Mary Liepins, Don Gallagher, Phyllis Benanti, Sharon Wright, Elly Collier.
