A rare sunny day greeted six hikers on the Section 36 - Powder House Loop Trail. The trail took us through some beautiful old growth Douglas firs, groves of moss-covered vine maple, and a meadow filled with post-fire madrone trees. Hikers included Patty Baskin, Beverly Hassell, Elaine Kruger-Young, Susan Watkins and Susan Wilson. Nadene LeCheminant was the trip leader.
