Day 3: The day dawned clear and absolutely beautiful even though it was pretty nippy. We hiked the Cook's Ridge and Gwynn Creek Loop Trail, it was ~7 miles round trip with over a 1200 ft. elevation gain, so we warmed up pretty quickly while moving. This trail meandered along the ocean then turned inward through an old growth forest.
Hikers were Sue and Steve Engler, Delmy Edwards, and leader Sandra Martin.
