The day promised to be a hot one, and it proved to be a little confusing also. The plan was to meet at Minto-Brown parking lot #4, but only one of our three cars got a parking place there. This was the week before the big Iron Man event, and apparently many people were there to practice. After some complicated maneuvers to change plans, we all ended up at parking lot #1 where Cynthia became the leader as she knew that end of the park the best. We did a 3-mile walk then retreated to Lively Station to cool down and recover. The iron women involved were Cynthia Donald, Diana Upton, guest Lana Ricker, and leader Becky Hickox.
