Despite the forecast of an atmospheric river, Chemeketans Randy Selig, Diane Highberger, Mary Coleman, Denise Leland, and leader Becky Hickox showed up at the Olson Road stairs where the worst we encountered was about 30 minutes of mist. After three rounds of the stairs and adjacent fire road we walked over to Danger Hill where we descended to downtown and toasted our triumph over the weather (and stairs) with coffee at the Little Leaf Cafe.
